I cannot give him enough praise. Very pleasant and courteous. Fast. And knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list. “Food was excellent, the dishes paired perfectly with the drinks that were on menu.You can tell that the chef has specially curated each item and didn’t necessarily choose things out of popularity. For example, the sparkling jasmine tea was fantastic.. I later tried to find this drink but was quite disappointed that it’s a very difficult item to get!One item was very interesting - the futomaki was not like any other I have had before. In fact, I don’t personally enjoy it much but really did when the chef made his version of it.We had tried the premium lunch omakase. We would love to come back. Staff were attentive and nice. It’s quite a relatively large restaurant for such a small seating.. the ones downtown a much smaller - but you also get to see everything (a lot of their fridges were in the preparation area).“
“I first came to this place more than 15 years ago and it was amazing..a hidden gem.., then it changed owners and they tried to make it more "upscale" but it was just more expensive and quality of the food dropped..it was still "ok" for a change once in a while.. . I have not visited Belle for years now as I moved out of Toronto and then the pandemic and yesterday while in Toronto we decided to order take out .....very very disappointed The prices don't match the quality of the food and when we picked up we just saw a bunch of teens playing videogames not really customer oriented. We had to wait longer for the order and the food was cold. The Lula kebab was burnt, the home fries (that was the signature master piece) were dried up, the chicken was tasteless... Poor quality, poor customer service and expensive. Will not come back or recommend again“

That being said, it's a bit on the pricier side, considering the portions/options available, so keep that in mind.Atmosphere is amazing, very cozy and the lighting is more on the dimmer side, so it's very aesthetic altogether.The food itself was ok, I wasn't a huge fan of the fried chicken nor the potato pancake, as they were both super oily. The cheese+pork dish was nice though, bit on the spicier side but that ended up working in it's favour. They have some really nice drinks though! Very cute and tasty, though the soju is a lot more expensive than other places.“

We had the peppercorn new york sirloin steak with whisky sauce (???honestly the best steak I've ever had) and the chicken, there's only 1 on the menu + kids sirloin meal. The watermelon cosmo was also a great choice if u like the fruity flavour. Last but not least is the large slice of ice-cream cheesecake that was served free as per birthdays. Kudos to the Keg!Parking: We ended up parking across the street by Chipotle & walked across. Paid like $10 for 2 hours.“

The French onion is classic and the bruschetta is wonderful with fresh tomato and onions. My son loved the chicken pasta as well. The service was great as usual.“
“My first time at Taylor's Landing, and it was pretty good! The staff were very nice and friendly and the vibe of the restaurant was pretty cool. The food was alright. I had the carbonara, which was a little too creamy and tasted like they put in Alfredo sauce, I had the Frozen Irish Coffee to drink, which definitely needed more alcohol and Irish coffee taste to it. Overall! I enjoyed my time there and would likely go again!“

The food is great quality and satisfies your taste buds, the beer selection is what it should be, and it’s glamorous with all the TVs playing all sports. “My friend and I came to Jkson’s this afternoon for lunch. The customer service here is beyond amazing, the staff are extremely kind and thoughtful. We had the oxtail with rice peas and a side of macaroni pie, it was so delicious. The only minus for me were the portion sizes, they were on the smaller side but apart from that everything else was 10/10.“

“There was a lady that works there (i didn't get to get her name but she may be the owner or manager) very nice and very friendly. I love that the food is cooked after you order and not already sitting there. So prepare to wait a while but listen to some good music while you wait. The food to me was delicious. I got a shrimp pasta and wasn't able to finish it all as well as a side of mac n cheese. It looks very cheesy but honestly is the right amount of cheese on it!! Definitely recommend you try it!!!“

I found the seafood udon to be more seafood than I’m used to, but I think that’s just personal preference.
