“Joseis sport bar is a family bar and long time locals .i enjoy my time there every time.very caring and attentive service is great and she is so honest . I thought i didn’t pay and she tell me that i already have . I was having a bad day .she was supportive and very comforting she even give me a free snacks. I know all the regulars that they became like family I really appreciate the support .is not a loud place you can talk and relax.“

Ronnie was absolutely amazing—honestly, even “amazing” feels like an understatement. He was hands down one of the best people I’ve interacted with all year. From the moment my friends and I walked in, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He was incredibly respectful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everyone had a great experience.

At one point, I accidentally cut my hand, and the staff went above and beyond. They immediately checked on me, brought over bandages, paper towels, and made sure I was okay. One of the waitresses even took the time to put the Band-Aid on my hand herself, which was such a kind gesture. I really wish I knew her name because she deserves recognition too.

Our table’s waitress was also fantastic—she was attentive, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. The teamwork between everyone was honestly impressive.

You can tell the staff genuinely care about their guests, and that level of hospitality is hard to find. Great food is important, but customer service like this is what makes people want to come back.
