“The restaurant, service and food at this restaurant was good. However the only downside is that the customers are literally asked to pay a tip. During this difficult period of the pandemic, it is hard to leave a tip. It should be optional but if you do not tip, you are sort of asked "why no tip". This becomes odd and the customer should be given the discretion to tip. This is the reason, I am giving 4 stars to this restaurant.“

“We visit Genji Sushi several times a month for business lunches, and it consistently delivers the perfect combination of exceptional food, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable yet professional setting that's ideal for both business meetings and casual dining. The sushi and other dishes are always fresh, high quality, and beautifully presented.

One tip: if you're planning to visit during the lunch rush, it's definitely worth making a reservation. This place is popular for a reason, and walking in without one can be hit or miss.

“My partner and I went there for lunch, got a crazy boy roll, Galbi and the Bimbimbup…food was delicious everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection , loved the vibe and the service was really nice… i definitely would recommend“

“I personally did not try the all you can eat but some of my family did and they loved it I just ordered some dumplings and a poutine which was delicious. The only problem I had was the service it wasn’t that busy that day and we tried to get the bill for like 30 minutes but we were ignored or told just a second and then forgot about other then that it was great.“

“My wife lived in this area for many years and had never noticed this place until we were driving to J-Town. At first, she wasn't sure about it, but the atmosphere quickly grew on her. The food was delicious and authentic, and the service was outstanding. We'll definitely be back! Fresh sushi and Japanese owed which is hard to find in Toronto (mostly Korean owned). They import their Chu Toro Tuna from Japan and it is exquisite. This is a gem in Toronto, a must try.“

“Here is one of my favorite places I always come to this place after my work and I have a lot of struggle to find a parking spot in the mall parking but I always do it for your perfect sushi.
The flavor and the sushi I have in here is the one and only place I truly love

“I’ve been going to Mac’s Sushi at Fairview Mall for many years, and it never disappoints. The sushi is always fresh, delicious, and there’s a great variety of options to choose from. The end-of-day specials are a huge bonus — amazing value without sacrificing quality.

“I don't know why they have poor reviews because I really enjoyed their food. I'm a big fan of sushi, so I'm glad they have mackerel sushi and yellowtail (Hamachi) rolls, which other restaurants usually don't offer. On top of that, the quality was great; I’ll definitely order again soon. ( I ordered with Uber Eats)

I saw the reviews before ordering, and I think people are too harsh about small mistakes and portion sizes. What I want to say is, if you receive the wrong order, you can just explain it to the restaurant and get a refund or credit. everyone could make a mistake. I don't know why people can't be more generous about it, especially when the prices are already so cheap. We have to understand how difficult it is to keep prices this low without reducing the portions.“
