I've been to Matsuda numerous times over the past 5 years ago and other than during pandemic when they had tables set up in their broken down parking lot with plastic bags tied to each table, serving food in take out containers and only serving cans of pop the experience has been great. On my last visit about 3 weeks ago they were open again as per normal with their lovely decor and great food.
