First time trying Calentado, pupusas, and I forget what the appetizer was called (pork belly, plantain, with guacamole) and it was ? ? ?.Thank you Gladys for taking the time to go thru the menu with us, and making us feel at home. Visit El Palacio if you want to support local family business, fresh ingredients and caring service. I will have to come back for Saturday karaoke and nachos!
Welcoming prompt service, pleasant atmosphere, and good music. The breakfast plate was exactly what I was in the mood for (especially liked the plantains). Looking forward to going back for some pupusas, since my sister ordered one and it looked good.

You walk in and there’s a white piano, so you know it’s going to be a good vibe. The owner is very kind, with some very nice conversations and good recommendations for places to dance in the city.The food: best empanadas I’ve had in the city, the ceviche is also amazing, the pupusas too!I heard that’s there’s open karaoke and dance Saturday nights starting around 9pm, so I’ll have to stop by again!
