a night spent at jimmy’s is always a good one
It was cold in the winter of 2012. I had just turned 19 and ventured out into the vampire of winds. My sad frozen ginger heart ached for a local bar. Upon entering this decrepit, dimly lit dive I was surprised to see it butling with activity. A bartender who could care less about my life story and a security guard who already wanted to go home. I knew I had found the Bert to my inner Ernie, the Salton to my swag, the alcohol to my sobriety.
