“Amazing salads—I love the Solstice salad with spinach, quinoa, pecans, cranberries, apple, pumpkin seeds, and chickpeas + Bangkok salad with the evil peanut dressing. The starter salad is definitely not worth the price as I found the portion much smaller (see attached photo of Pegasus starter salad). I have yet to try their sandwiches and quesadillas, but from what I have heard from others they are delicious too! I do find it quite pricey especially when you add protein, totalling to $15-$20 a bowl or salad.“

“I recently had dinner at iOS Greek restaurant and found it to be a place that prioritizes quantity. If that’s what you’re after, it definitely delivers. However, I’m more focused on presentation, and this is where it fell short for me.
I ordered the chicken souvlaki, and while there was an overwhelming amount of chicken on the plate, it felt more like a family-style portion than a carefully plated meal. My husband had the grilled octopus, which unfortunately was overcooked. We both had rapini, and I found it to be overcooked and mushy as well.
On the positive side, the service was decent, and the price was right—not overly expensive for the amount of food. Overall, if you’re looking for quantity and reasonable pricing, this might be the place for you, but if quality and presentation are more important, it may not be the best fi“

“Power Pizza is consistently one of the best pizzerias in all of Hamilton. Their Shawarma pizza is excellent, and the Big Apple with cup-and-char pepperoni is a must. Online ordering system is simple to use, and allows scheduled pickup/delivery, with an option to pre-pay. Friendly in-store service with a unique decor make this a fan favourite in our house.“

“Whenever I am in the area, I have to stop in! Their breakfast sandwiches and lox & cream cheese sandwiches are my go-to. Portions and pricing are fair for quality food. Sometimes the wait times are a little long, but they can be busy and doing it right for each customer takes time. Please open a shop in Milton! We need a good bagel place!“

“I recently visited the Quiznos location on Upper James and had a fantastic experience. The two young guys working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visit enjoyable right from the start. The food was amazing! I especially enjoyed the broccoli and cheddar soup, which was warm, delicious, and the perfect complement to my meal. Additionally, guys were very attentive to my family's dietary needs. They took special care to cater to my son's sesame seed allergy, ensuring that his meal would be safe to eat. Overall, I highly recommend this Quiznos location. I'll definitely be returning!“
