Kelseys Original Roadhouse offers a diverse menu, including favorites like Broccoli Cheese soup, the vegetarian quesadilla, and the popular spinach and 4 cheese dip. The service is often friendly and attentive, with staff making guests feel welcome and comfortable. During busy times, there may be longer waits and overwhelmed servers, but the overall atmosphere remains lively and inviting. The restaurant recently underwent a remodel, enhancing its casual and fun environment, making it a popular spot for meals or drinks. Guests enjoy quick, hot food, though some have experienced cold wings after longer waits. The menu features a variety of dishes, though some items like mashed potatoes may come plain, and the steak can be a bit plain with unusual sauce choices that differ from the original HP sauce. Staff members like Kelly and Kate are praised for their helpful, kind, and attentive service, contributing to a warm dining experience. Overall, many guests appreciate the tasty food and friendly atmosphere.
