The food, service and atmosphere was PHENOMENAL, thank you you to our server. We asked for the game to be on during playoff hockey, so she put it on. Unfortunately after asking this, we watched the manager JACOB come out and YELL at her in front of a customer over her putting the game. Highly unprofessional. I’d strongly suggest treating your staff better.

Your waitress and waiters need to be reminded that they need to pat attention to ALL tables, sat with my 2 kids, got our food, and as soon as a bigger table of 8 came in. The attention switched to that table, clearly for the bigger tip. Sat for a while after we were done waiting for dessert options and bill

Had the bourbon burger. The only thing with any flavor was the lettuce.Poutine came warm and soggy with frozen curds clumped on top.Waitress was very nice but was seemingly the only person on the floor aside from the hostess? At least 10 to 15 tables so this poor lady had to run around like crazy. Management should figure out how to staff properly.Atmosphere was normal Kelsey's aesthetic, everything was clean.Long story short.Food was meh.Staff was nice.Management needs training.Looks like a Kelsey's. Obviously.

By far, the worst kelseys. Service is terrible. the waitress had no idea if she was coming or going. Took over 50 minutes for our food to arrive, the table beside us arrived well after and received theirs. My entire tables meals finally arrived, but mine did not. When mine finally arrived, our table was finished eating, my food was incorrect, and my sisters cold from sitting. There was no apology for the delay or error. Our entire meal there was no check-in. Bathrooms are also a disgusting mess, no soap, no paper towels/toilet paper. Entire staff including manager just sitting around having a conversation. This place is a disgrace.

My new favourite restaurant. The food was spectacular and you won’t find a better spinach dip anywhere else. Our server Kelsey, was amazing. She was very friendly and helped to serve our group great food and a great experience. I can’t wait for my next time out at Kelsey’s!
