Based on the reviews, Spring Sushi Hamilton offers excellent service and fresh, made-to-order sushi. The all-you-can-eat menu is packed with delicious options and a lot of sushi can be ordered one piece at a time. The menu goes on and on and everything is a treat. The food is always fresh and they are always adding new options. The service is super attentive and amazing. The team is wonderful and the staff are some of the kindest, most professional, and most welcoming people. Booths and chairs are abundant and comfortable. The patio is lovely. A robot cat sometimes delivers dishes, but lots of human servers are used. The all-you-can-eat is outstanding value. Some reviews mentioned specific staff for their excellent service. For takeout, a suggestion was made to put cardboard between sushi and hot dishes.
