And we were happy to find the place still open after our swim lesson. And we were not disappointed! What a wonderful experience. The place is small, but comfortable. “Best sushi place I've ever been to. Very fresh ingredients. If you have a a large appetite I highly recommend the Ajio Special, it comes with any special roll, any appetizer, 2 pairs of any sushi (not rolls), as well as a complimentary porridge, small salad and miso soup. The special can probably feed 2 but I eat a lot lol. As for individual items, the spicy salmon sashimi salad is fantastic, as is the black dragon special roll.You really can't go wrong eating here.“

“First trip in our new neighbourhood to Koi . Service was excellent, very hospitable server. 5.5 out of 5 for service, thank you Ayla. We both had the Fertiliy Greens Salad with a chicken breast add on for me. I would rate it a 5 except they did not have the quail egg available so 4.9. Presentation of food was a 5 out of 5. The chicken breast was nicely warmed and a great contrast to the cool salad. Although a few minutes late for the drink special they honoured that for us, a very hospitable decision. Dinner music was upbeat and not intrusive. A definite place to return to. Overall a defiite 5.“
“I've been to Sapporo Japanese&Thai Restaurant a few times now and they are excellent. I wish I lived in Hamilton to be able to enjoy their very broad menu more frequently. I'm most impressed with their menu system, fast food preparation and the kindness of their staff.“

“I came here last night with my boyfriend. We were walking around downtown hamilton and wanted to try out a new place and we came here because the menu looked incredible and also we were curious about the "rude staff" that other reviews claimed. The staff was soooo friendly and cute! Just be a good person and enjoy the food! They had great service, the atmosphere in the dining area was incredibly comfortable and the staff was helpful and patient. I wanted to try their Volcano ramen and two of their staff kept warning me that it was extremely spicy and when I got it, they did not lie LOOLL. If they claim something on their menu is spicy, they MEAN IT unlike other restaurants which disappoints you with mildly spicy food. Food was delicious, portions were great, and their milk teas had actual tea bags in them and it was good. They weren't busy so our food came quickly and they checked up on us a few times offering water. The restaurant also provides board games for customers and you can stay as long as you want to hang out. We stayed for 2 hours and it was amazing. We will definitely come back! “Stopped in here, craving a Won Ton soup, didn’t realize they made it here. They have a small size and a regular size. Had 1 small Won Ton soup, took a bit to prepare and the servers were nice of them to tell me to sit down (while they got it prepared) When the soup was ready, I picked it up at the counter. The soup was very good, nice and hot, with small wonton noodles (with a meat filling) tasted like a seasoned pork. Soup had pieces of broccoli throughout it, and broth was a bit salty (but tolerable) could taste the spices, ginger root and garlic added in. Tasty broth, I added pepper for taste no soya sauce. The larger dishes look good also, but they have rices, spring rolls, teriyaki dishes. I’ll have to try, cooked right in front of you (with fresh ingredients) and placed steaming hot into the container (all ready to eat in food court or take home).“

“Ordered online, first time being there, was very friendly, just spoke to who I believe were the owners quickly, had drink that I had ordered with my food as opposed to me grabbing out of fridge myself, small details in service and friendliness along with excellent food, got the Fuji ramen with fried chicken along with kimchi and a ramune soda, absolutely amazing“
