I live in the Niagara area, and I never miss a chance to eat at Mye when I'm in Oakville. They also have the best salad dressing ever. You'll never go wrong eating here.“
“As a 71st birthday celebration we went to Hoseki Oakville for the Premium Omakase dinner. It was super expensive, but also one of the two best meals of my life. I've never had better, fresher or different fish in any other sushi restaurant I've visited. The variety of textures and flavors were amazing. I can't begin to describe the meal adequately . But beware, it will empty your wallet. Well worth the price for a special occasion. Many kudos to Chef Tim for his wonderful preparations!“
“What a cute little spot! The amazing reviews lead me here and I couldn’t have been happier!As soon as we sat down one of the staff members came to serve us. He was so polite and attentive! We got the love boat 5 and small sashimi mix with a pot of green tea. They gave us some miso soup on the house which was also lovely. The fish was SOOOOO FRESH and flavourful. You can easily tell how great the quality of their ingredients are.Their prices are also SOOOO AFFORDABLE, spent about 50$ for all of that high quality sushi.This is now my go to spot going forward! I asked if a certain meal came with spring rolls unfortunately it did not. Went for pick up and they put a small order of spring rolls on the house... incredibly generous of a place in a time where everyone is cutting cost. Definitely will come back.“
“We went for their advertised Thanksgiving dinner menu which ran over the Thanksgiving weekend, and part of the week prior to Thanksgiving. It was $30.00 for appetizers, main course and dessert. Well worth the money, everything was so fresh…their turkey was moist and lots of it. If they again offer it next year, we will be there. The regular menu was also available with lots of choices for everyone.“

There was a mistake made on my most recent order (Ubers Fault/ not the restaurant) I called Yame and they were so considerate! They helped me fix the issue and helped me get what I was missing. “Originally, our order was wrong because there was a problem with their online food order site (Don’t order from the “Hungry Panda” order platform if you’re ordering through google) and unfortunately the picture was very misleading and was nothing like the actual order we received initially.We ordered one of the party trays and after taking it home and realizing it was wrong, we had to drive back 15 minutes to ask them to change it or at least give us a refund. The owners were so nice and understanding and were kind enough to change it for us at no extra cost. Food quality was very good also!“
