Exquisite sushi, very fresh, expertly prepared, and nicely presented. This was the best and freshest sushi we’ve had since Vancouver. Expensive but high quality. A real gem for Oakville.
Wife and I quite enjoyed our meal and this is the first place where I actually like tuna. You can definitely taste the difference in freshness and quality. Rice is fantastically cooked and held nicely as nothing annoys me more than nigiri where the rice falls apart as you rush to get it into your mouth. As a 71st birthday celebration we went to Hoseki Oakville for the Premium Omakase dinner. It was super expensive, but also one of the two best meals of my life.
