“I loved the food and service, the only thing that bothered me was the place didn’t have a table, just few chairs. I wanted to have my food there as it was raining outside and eating by holding the food in my hand seem inconvenient so I had to leave and go to nearby Tim Hortons. Even just one small table would be nice for people who just wanna have a quick meal.“

“Best Sushi in the GTA! Our family is there twice a month. Have had sushi all over but nothing beats this place (especially for the vegeterian selection) - Classic Veggie, Honeymoon Roll, Evergreen, Spicy Yam, just can't go wrong.

“Great food, sushi was super fresh. We got the signature combo, aburi salmon half roll, and the fried warrior half roll. The signature combo and aburi salmon were great, the fried warrior was good too but felt a bit heavy (just personal preference). Service was excellent.“

“Amazing BBQ place! The meat was very fresh and well-marinated, with a great variety to choose from. Everything was cooked perfectly on the grill — juicy, flavorful, and not too greasy. The side dishes were also delicious and paired really well with the BBQ.
The restaurant was clean and cozy, making it a great spot for hanging out with friends or family. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was fast. Overall, the quality and value were excellent. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!“
“I ordered the sushi deluxe combo for takeout. It had some uni, snow crab, sweet shrimp, otoro, sea bream, scallop and more! All for $50 all inclusive.
The fish tasted clean, fresh, and smooth (not chewy). The rice to fish ratio was on point 👍 This wouldn't be a weekly meal but if i ever wanted to splurge on some quality sushi - I'd definitely return for the Sushi deluxe combo!“

“Great time at Takumi. We got there just after 6pm on a Thursday and they were able to seat our family of 5. Not sure if it was because my daughter was dolled up for her bday or not, but they put our family in one of the rooms was made the dinner feel really special (VIP-type atmosphere). The meats were fresh, the grills had pretty even heat distribution, and the selection of vegetables was phenomenal. The service was also very attentive. Good for families, dates, and many events due to their private rooms“
“I always order the bibab bowl with tofu and black rice, the vegetables are always fresh, the service is fast and friendly, I’ve order food from here about 10 times and I’ve NEVER had an issue with the food or the service. It’s rare to find that these days. And to add, I normally don’t like tofu that much, but the way they make it here is so delicious!

“I’ve been to this Edo Japan a few times now, and TANIYA (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) is consistently friendly and respectful. This time she even remembered my usual customization and confirmed it with me — which was a nice surprise. It made me feel like a valued regular, not just another order number. Great customer care.“

“What a completely fun adventure to enjoy with kids in tow. Attended a Sunday afternoon outing celebrating a nephew’s 10th birthday. The Teppanyaki experience was so fun and engaging and the customer centric performance of the chef was simply a hoot which was loved by the kids in attendance. And the food was actually quite tasty and good! Check it out…with kids…they’ll love you for it!!!🔥🔥👏👏👏👏“

“The noise level was too high, they played the music so loud like you would in a dance bar but we were eating dinner with 10 people at an oval table and couldn't hear each other. We asked for the music to be lowered which they did for three minutes then turned it right back up again. It's not conducive for dining in the lounge area!“

“One of my favorite sushi places in Mississauga, food quality is excellent and prices are great. I felt like I ate a lot for just $15 taxes included. Good quality/price ratio, definitely recommend.

“For a mall sushi its pretty good but for what its worth definitely an 8/10 and I like the “end of the day sale” which starts at 6pm part. Also rating service 5 because once my father used to work in the mall and one day I came to buy him a lunch and my dad mentioned to cashier and he gave us free water as goodwill. Anyways would definitely recommend this place.“

“I come here often with my party and we love the food, atmosphere and service here. Today, our server was Kylie, she was very sweet and helpful. She was reassuring and understanding with certain allergies we had. As always the chefs were amazing and talented, such yummy food. They also have gluten free options and accommodations for dietary restrictions. Very kind people overall. We would love to come again and be served by her.“
