“I don't normally leave reviews for chains but we had such a wonderful experience I have to share.
My son (toddler) and I decided to go out for an early dinner on a week night. The servers were so accommodating, friendly and kind. They brought my son a placemat to color and a toy. They were quick and they all made a big deal about his artwork when we were leaving including giving him the nicest hugs.
We will 100% be back.“

“We had supper at this location last evening with my husband’s two daughters and one our granddaughters, her boyfriend and our son-in-law. Andrew was our excellent server who was pleasant and friendly despite having worked all day. He was very attentive and saw to all our requests in a timely manner. He organized individual bills accurately and everything came as ordered. He is an excellent member of your staff, and we hope to be served by him at our next visit!!“

“My friend and I had an early dinner tonight at the location at 735 Queenston Rd, in Hamilton. Our server was Madeline and she was just great. Have not seen her there before but she was such a great server, humerous, kind and helpful in making our choices. The baked potatoes needed five minutes to go before they were reeady and she was apologetic but it was well worth the wait. Everything was hot and fresh and Madeline made our visit there delightful. We were there from 4 until 5:00 if this is helpful. We do go there a lot but this meal was absolutely the best. Top rating today, without a doubt.“

“Had an amazing experience thanks to Rachel. We were a large group of 14, and she handled our orders with incredible efficiency and a fantastic attitude even though we came so close to closing time. Drinks were flowing, everyone got exactly what they wanted, and she even remembered our preferences throughout the night. We had some issues with our food, My sisters salmon came out burnt and my steak came out bland but she helped us get remakes so we left happy. It's not easy to keep such a big party happy, but she absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend you ask for Rachel next time you go!“

“Went with my two kids and spouse. Jade was our server (Burlington) and I can’t say enough on how good she was. Thoughtful, offered veggies first as a side to the kids, offered refills without delay, polite, respectful, smiling… excellent!! It made our dinner experience much better than anticipated. The area where we were was loud but that wasn’t her fault. Was placed in a far corner and it was a little difficult as I was with a cane, but the service was so amazing that it brought this review to 5 stars for us!!“

“Went in on an easy Wednesday afternoon, met the owner who served me up at the counter. What a lovely encounter. Very good on letting me know the drink and drip options and guiding me in the right direction and also the space was really quiet and then lively. Good place to grab a coffee with a friend or a great place to come and eat while working. Good owners and nicely ran with polite employees. Will be back again.“

“I’ve honestly never had a better experience at any Swiss Chalet location.

I went with my family on Sunday night, and from the moment we walked in, our hostess Drew made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly kind and recommended the Ribfest menu, which I’m so glad she did because it ended up being absolutely delicious.

Our server, Amy, was also fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The service from both Drew and Amy really made the whole experience stand out.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and everyone made us feel valued as guests. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Drew and Amy, for making our night so memorable!“

“I don't usually leave reviews but I just wanted to comment on the amazing service I always receive when coming into Kelsey's. I am made to feel welcome and service is fast and accommodating. Cailen and Emily always make delicious drinks as well as provide fantastic recommendations! I look forward to coming back and hopefully being served by them again!“

“The iced coffees, latte, cappuccino, are so so. They taste alright, but it's not a strong taste and becomes watered down quickly. The service, although they are polite and what not, it's super slow half the time and that's just to order, heaven forbid you have to be sent to the second window, it will take you even longer. My avg time to get an iced drink this year is easily 10 minutes or so from time of entry. I like the place but I feel if it had closer competition, it would be used less and less by people simply because of the wait times. The last two times I went, I personally heard people say let's go somewhere else, because of the wait.“
