A great place to hang out, service is excellent, but unfortunately the food isn't the greatest!They used to have great Appetizers and good food selection, but it seems they may have changed the chef or something.
I was recently at Harper’s for a birthday party Friday April 12 around 7:30pm. The food was great but the service was a little spotty. Our waiter was making some weird comments that made us feel uncomfortable. For example, someone ordered a burger with only the patty, cheese and bacon and the waiter was almost making fun of the girl for not having any garnish, and then when it came time to leave she still had half her burger and wanted to take it home and he made another comment...read full review
