I have visited this location multiple times and have consistently appreciated the quality of both the staff and the food. However, I would like to express my concern regarding the $18.00 Gluten-Free sandwich. I found it disappointing in value for several reasons. The sandwich was significantly smaller than even half of their non-Gluten-Free options and contained approximately one-third of the filling. Don’t ever give a bad review, you will be barred. Management team is absolutely horrible. I’m a retired gentleman and was told I could never come back simply due to a poor review. Shame on Bolton symposium! Wonderful service but when it’s busy management is nowhere to be found.
