Heather was great, and the food was super fresh!
Heather was fantastic. She greeted us immediately, took our order quickly, our food came out promptly and tasted delicious. She was very pleasant and went over and above to serve us and make the experience wonderful!

The food is fresh, warm, and delicious, making it worth the wait. However, some customers experienced delays in receiving their meals, leading to a longer dining time. The atmosphere could be improved with calmer music for a quieter experience. Despite some hiccups, the staff handles difficult situations well, maintaining professionalism and patience. Overall, Swiss Chalet offers excellent food quality and service, making it a good choice for a satisfying meal. Waitress staff was amazing, remembering everyone's order, offering refills before your glass was empty, bringing all the orders at about the same time. Vennela provided excellent service, very friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect. The service from Akshit was fantastic, pleasant, kind and very efficient. Wheelchair accessibility: Really close parking.
