We were here yesterday. The waitress forgot to order our garlic bread. My steak was very undercooked. Didn’t send it back as we were under a time crunch. And to top it off we had a belligerent drunk yelling at us from across the restaurant. None of the staff stepping in to stop him. Horrible experience. This is the only Chucks that I won’t go to again.
little to no dressing on my ceaser salad, fries were cold and the bun hard. this chuck is getting worse each time I go. but not going anymore. I tired of wasting money on crappy food. unfortunately it's not only chucks.
was seated on patio and had drink order taken. 20 minutes later no drink served and never saw another wait staff.
went in to see what was up, there was only dishwasher working, no other staff to be seen.
I left pissed at wasting half hour
