“My wife and I visited Swiss Chalet on Weber St in Waterloo, Ontario. We were greeted with a warm and inviting smile by our server, Cathy. From the moment we sat down, she took care of us, making us comfortable and relaxed. She was perfect in waiting on us. Our meal was fast, fresh, hot and delicious! We both left more than satisfied. I told Cathy she is an excellent server!“

“I got the orinal burger and found that the beef tasted real. If the bus was toasted more it would have taken the experience to the next level. Make sure to get sauces and the burger while a good flavor baseline, is pretty bland. Tasted only salted, but the chipotle sauce was nice. Will come back again, Lord willing.
The milkshake is incredible, better than many other major franchises, I had the regular and it's quite thick and filling. Imagining the Large is scary, haha“

“We arrived a few minutes early and they greeted us warmly letting us know they would seat us shortly. They seated us at our reservation time at a table we were not happy with. We requested a move and they had no problem moving us elsewhere. The waitress dropped off the menus and came back about 10 minutes later for our drink orders. We were ready so ordered everything. Our drinks didn't take long and due to how busy the resturant was our food only took about 20 minutes. Everything came to the table hot and we all agreed each dish was delicious. The server came by a couple of times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything more. The manager also stopped by to check on us. The noise level was moderate and the seating was comfortable. We well stop by again in the future.“
