“I came here to see a tragically hip cover band with my associate Mr. Review JR. The band was great and the wings we're also very good. You also get a free refill after you get a soft drink. There's a wide beer selection and a good bar area. Id highly recommend if you wanna see a live band here or watch any sports.“

“Had a great experience tonight thanks to Kaitlyn! The restaurant was extremely busy and they were clearly dealing with a difficult night, including being short on a few items and supplies, but Kaitlyn handled everything incredibly well.

We had a large family group and she stayed friendly, attentive and positive the entire time. She kept checking on us, made sure we were comfortable, explained what was happening, and did everything she could to accommodate us despite how overwhelmed the restaurant was.

You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about doing a good job, especially when things aren’t going smoothly around them. Kaitlyn was fantastic and deserves some recognition for how she handled tonight. Thank you!“

“Thank you Nura for the exceptional service. My friend and I were not expecting such great hospitality. Moments before we were talking about how we haven’t received the old school warm welcome that we used to get everywhere but this was such a breath of fresh air. Food was also made fresh and hot. This location was a full house but nothing was rushed.“

I have eaten at this restaurant many, many times with only rave reviews about food. Tonight a problem, right away the General Manager Stefan Jackson came to our table and offered compensation. I said the problem not with staff, the kitchen but the way the steak was butchered incorrectly so the cook was perfect, unfortunately the meat was the problem. Mr. Jackson was so polite, professional and obviously wanting to ensure that we were happy with our experience. Service like this is outstanding and as I have been a regular customer at Taps, I will continue to be. Thank you Angelina and Mr. Jackson for your thoughtfulness and handling of this.
