Kids food was good, brought out quickly. Hubby & I had the festive combos, fries were cold but everything else was fine. “Had the eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the peameal almost had a smoky aspect to it. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought I tasted a smokey flavour.
The hashbrowns could use a revamp. Soft and unseasoned. Adding a bit of crisp to them would help, imo.
The servers were great, but overworked. They need more than 2, even one extra would help. I never was asked for a refill on my coffee, I had to ask when I got the bill.
Overall ok, I will give it another try.“

“The attention to customers experience is amazing ! Server Angeline noticed I had not eaten my full meal she immediately asked”was there a problem”? I have eaten at this restaurant many, many times with only rave reviews about food. Tonight a problem, right away the General Manager Stefan Jackson came to our table and offered compensation. I said the problem not with staff, the kitchen but the way the steak was butchered incorrectly so the cook was perfect, unfortunately the meat was the problem. Mr. Jackson was so polite, professional and obviously wanting to ensure that we were happy with our experience. Service like this is outstanding and as I have been a regular customer at Taps, I will continue to be. Thank you Angelina and Mr. Jackson for your thoughtfulness and handling of this. What a complete surprise that as we were leaving a gift bag with a complete steak dinner to take home ! Wow incredible treatment ! Thankyou“

“This was my first time at this East Side Mario's location and a long time since I've eaten at a East Side Mario's. The staff was cheerful when we walked in and our waitress was so nice. She gave us some suggestions of what she liked and my wife loved to meal she ordered based on her suggestions. We ordered a Caesar salad and garden salad to start and it was exactly what I remembered. It was a great meal and I will go back to this location.“

“We have had beautiful experiences at this Wanless/Hwy 10 Harvey’s location of late. We come here for dinner with our children. Tremendous customer service provided by Hardeep, Urvashi, Jas and Sukhwinder. The way everyone spoke and their kindness made it a pleasant experience for us. Hardeep does an excellent job taking orders, Jas and Sukhwinder always do a great job with preparing our meals. Overall, an amazing experience and we highly encourage folks to come to the wanless location. You will not be disappointed!!“

“Our servers Roshauna and Bella were very kind. They were attentive and took our plates when we were ready and offered our takeout box at just the right time. We felt neither rushed nor neglected.

My husband and I came in and got some double leg dinners, mine with rice and shrimp and his with mashed potatoes. The food was tasty, hot and prompt. The warm donut dessert in particular was delicious!

“1 was there on vacation with daughter and grandkids, and visited the restaurant because the food looked delicious, and it was but my grand daughter got sick that evening continuous vomiting and stomach and had to rushed to Urgent care after spending $300 on the meal which wasn't a problem, the wrong order was brought out first I was very disappointed, Don't know if I would visit again( I really don't think the shrimp were cooked correctly.“

“I came here after watching a movie from the theater and wanted something quick to eat. I decided to stop by this Harvey’s, and was greeted by a very kind employee named Narleel. She was very helpful and made the experience great. Most fast food places don’t have employees who are willing to show kindness to customers although this young lady went far beyond my expectations. I will most certainly be back to this location due to this experience.“

I asked for clarification that if I go out to my car and use my phone to order something, then it's ok but not with me standing right there. She said that was correct. "Open" sign was on, door was unlocked and there was food. I left because it wasn't worth the silliness.“
