Went in late night, because they're supposed to be open 24 hours. Girl at the counter said they only do online and phone orders at this time (about 245am).
I asked for clarification that if I go out to my car and use my phone to order something, then it's ok but not with me standing right there. She said that was correct.
"Open" sign was on, door was unlocked and there was food.
I left because it wasn't worth the silliness.

Great lunch and great service. Really enjoyed the ravioli in a rose sauce. Friendly staff. Would definitely come back!
