“We had an amazing time at Swiss Chalet for a birthday recently! Danielle was our server and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! The food was hot and she made sure our cups and sauces were always full! She even brought us finger bowls which we thought was a thing of the past! “Dino's is a favourite of our household. I remember going to Dino's dating back to 2008.Food is always very flavoured and good serving size. Most days we order out and eat at home. The food always comes out hot. “Place was rammed when we arrived so we waited a while for a table. Wait staff were running to keep up, but they kept up. Finally got a table, ordered... and waited. Was getting hungry. Finally the food arrives -- mountains of wings! Hot, tasty, really good. Onion rings best I've had in memory. Really happy we waited. I'll come back!Parking: Parked less than 100m away, free.“
“I'm writing specifically about the Chuck's in Ingersoll. I had read many bad reviews and was a little skeptical about going, but it was already planned and a group of us were meeting there. Glad we went!! Everything went as well as one would want it to go!! The atmosphere was very nice with plenty of booths, the service was excellent... in fact we sent our server away twice so that we could just 'chat' for a bit, but he was still attentive and was ready when we were. Our food came out within about 15 minutes or so and was perfect, no complaints at all. We took our time eating and chatting with our server still coming around to check if everything was ok and if we needed more drinks. Even though it was getting pretty busy by the time we left, he brought our Bills to us promptly and politely waited as we paid up. I would definitely go back to this location! Not sure of our servers name, but I'll just call him 'mustache' guy... you'll know who when you see him.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap washroom upstairs for wheelchair access.(I should note, the downstairs Men's washroom was a little dingy with a soaking wet floor from a leak)“
