“We stayed for 3 nights and it was so cozy! The bed was great which is a huge plus when away from home for a long period. Only downside to the room was that the mini fridge is REALLY mini with no freezer space in it so just plan for that. The grounds are beautiful and staff is super friendly. I also highly recommend the Asher restaurant that is located on site especially if you have special dietary needs, they are very accommodating and the food is amazing. We will stay here again in the future!“

“Had a great time with my family at Eastside. My Grandmother just got out of the hospital and all she wanted was Eastside. Samantha was our server and she was amazing. Even held the door for my grandmother on the way out. Our server did a great job helping us with the menu and always had a drink for us. The food was also delicious as expected! “I am able to eat gluten free at Swiss Chalet. For that I'm always grateful. But there's only one choice for me, the chicken. And extra veggies to round out a roll-free meal, which I have to pay extra for. Service was great, really great. Ambience is, as usual, acceptable but not restful due to the noise. We stop here for the reliability.

Dietary restrictions: Swiss Chalet has a large card which identifies allergens in all their dishes. Needs to be updated to reflect changes to the menu. Servers are not familiar with the information on the card.“

I recently came to canada as an international student, this was the very first time I was visiting chucks with my two other friends. Our server was Karah, me and my female friend went to washroom after four drinks, she threatened my other friend who was at table to give tip otherwise she said she will call police for no reason, my friend got scared and gave 20 dollars. Whenever we visit Bre, Benn and other staff members are very good to us , and we tip willingly , not forcefully. The other day I was again at chucks , karah was our server, and this time she was showing attitude, we didn't ask bill, she brought to us by her choice , and this this time we didn't give tip. After that she told her manager that we didn't tip her, and manager came to us and said u have to pay minimum tip and we told him about her behaviour to us and last time incident.“

“Portion sizes are amazing. Chicken Parmigiana was great, pasta was overcooked unfortunately. Will be going back and see if the overcooked pasta is a trend. Wife's Buffalo chicken wrap was good but not spicy at all. Will return one day.

Manos was incredibly friendly and efficient, greeting with smile, suggest more topping, combo, dessert and making sure we got our order right. The line moved fast even during a busy night we got hot and fresh food as bonus.
