“This is one of our long time favourite places to eat in London. I was amazed with the changes at Irene’s. It has been beautifully transformed into an elegant yet cozy and quaint “still a favourite “ place to eat in London. My meal was delicious and nutritious and the host/server was as friendly and welcoming as I’ve always remembered. They have truly raised the bar and kept the quality and service. “The food here is mostly incredible! The salmon is cut beautifully thick and tastes amazingly fresh. The portions are super generous and everything is very reasonably priced. However, the fried calamari we ordered was a bit overcooked and tasted a little burnt/bitter. Other than that, everything else was spot on. Still a great place and will definitely come back“

“Shrimp were absolutely freaking huge like ridiculously huge food could use some improvement but was tasty but definitely not compared to Red Lobster or something, atmosphere could use a touch-up feels like it's 1992 in there very uncomfortable chairs. But prices were pretty good especially for these days“

“Had lunch there. The welcoming staff was polite and very pleasant. The food was out of the park delicious the ribs were excellent, the soup simply to die for. All that was wonderful, but our waitress, Amanda was superb. I have never had such great service. Thank You, we will be back soon“

“haven't been to this location in about ten yrs since i left London. It was fantastic! Food was delicious, service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is perfect for a fish and chips place. however, the menu is much more than just fish and chips. I'll be back for sure!“

“This was my food court lunch choice after reviewing all the options. The combos are well designed and I chose meat noodle and veg combo which was $15 (no drink). The spicy fish was very good. It was lightly battered and had a hit of spice from the sauce which reminded me of Thai sweet and spicy sauce. Noodles were very good, too. And green beans were obviously a hit because they were running out of them. There were a lot of good options. I’m not sure I picked the right one because they all looked yummy so I’ll have to come back and try a different one next. The chicken skewers looked great, too. Service was speedy and pleasant, too. Massive portion of course.“

“I've been to Congee Chan for many years in many cities, the dine-in has been good but the take out (pickup, not delivery) recently has been consistently low quality. Any dish that's sweet and sour/mixed is so much more loaded with onions + green pepper that there is little meat at all. It's definitely noticeable on multiple orders. We are now finding better value at the food court in Masonville and Whiteoaks, or Chinese supermarkets, which is unfortunate.“
