Based on the reviews, OZEN SUSHI LONDON is a hidden gem downtown. The food is mostly incredible, with salmon cut beautifully thick and tasting amazingly fresh. The sushi is super fresh and flavorful, with perfectly seasoned rice. The rocket roll #1 and Ozen roll are great, offering a nice twist on traditional sushi. The udon is warm and comforting with perfect chewy noodles. The ramen is to die for and simply amazing. Portions are super generous and everything is very reasonably priced. Service is great, staff are also so kind, and the atmosphere is great with lots of places to sit, including an upstairs area. However, the fried calamari was a bit overcooked and tasted a little burnt/bitter, and the ginger was not fresh. There are also non-sushi options, so there is really something for everyone.
