“Moxies food is always good. The service at this downtown London location was a lot more attentive than any we've had in a long time in Toronto. We were checked on by so many different staff members, but not in a pushy way. They were very smooth and very timed; it really felt like there's a great team service dynamic. The restaurant was quiet at lunchtime, which made meals swift to arrive. The rosé sangria was great. The steak was cooked to my liking. I would've liked more salad with the steak frites; that was my only disappointment. The service was so great that they probably would have given me another sprig of arugula had I asked. ? Moxies always makes me happy.“

“Place is an absolute gem! Danny is welcoming and Bri is the first to say hello when you walk in! Food is fantastic and Danny will make specialty items during the week and massive BBQs for his patrons. My go to spot at least 3 times a week. Love these guys“

“Where do I begin?? The patio was open so we got to sit outside (cozy and clean). The waitress (who I specifically did not ask her name out of respect for her privacy but she knows who she is *lol*) was cute as a button with a shining personality. She was attentive, friendly and very personable. We started with cold beer from the tap (nice variety to choose from) and the Alibi platter (phenomenal assortment) which was fried to perfection so the batter/breading was enjoyable to eat. We also ordered the Zombie (burger) which was presented BEAUTIFULLY and was delicious. The potato skins were hearty and tasty. Now let's get into the mixed drinks. I ordered a White Freezie which is sweet but YUM! This started a conversation with our waitress about playing with the flavors a bit. She brought me a custom drink that reminded me of a bubblegum snow cone from back home. I was SO TICKLED and appreciated the extra effort she extended. Now yall, get this! Bless her, next time our waitress came out she was holding a FROZEN version of my bubble gum snowcone cocktail. Her boss surprised me-by making me a SECOND custom drink which was essentially a grown up snowcone. If you're reading this, let me ask you... when was the last time you visited an eatery that put that much effort into customer service?? I really do appreciate his generosity and her making our visit extra special. We aren't from London but thanks to Google we found Alibi. If you live there...GO! Why haven't you been yet? haha If you're a visitor to the city.. GO eat there! The menu has all the bar food you expect with some original additions and versions that will tempt your tummy. I bet it will be hard to decide what you're going to order. ; ) P.S. It has it's own parking lot so no driving around trying to figure out where to park. Woo!“

“Had a great time today at crabby joe's, our server Kiana really made it a great experience for my family and I. Her fluency in Farsi even made it a more inclusive experience for my parents. Overall, the service was great, and the food didn't disappoint.“

“I have been coming to this location for a couple of years for a number of reasons.
The food is always top-notch and are constantly upgrading their menu.
The managers are helpful and very supportive and know their job.
The wait staff are the real heroes of this story. Time and time again, the servers and bar staff are the main reasons that make the night always so enjoyable. They are personable, uber-friendly, and will support patrons in any way to make their stay at Jack Astors enjoyable.
There are so many servers to point out for their excellence, but I am going to point out FIL!
FIL has been a constant at Jack Astors, and we are thankful for his humor, his charm, and constant assistance. His knowledge of the menu and drinks is extremely impressive, and he is a perfect mix of professional server and helpful restaurant friend!!
We go to Jack Astors for the food, the trivia, and the ambiance, but we really go for the servers like FIL who make us feel like we are with friends.
