“This is my favourite burger place in the world. Not only are the burgers perfect and the banana puddle is a staple, the fries are the absolute best I've ever had in any restaurant. So PLEASE PLEASE change the fries back to what they used to be because they were perfect. I've never in my life left a google review but this affects me so deeply I felt compelled to. Dan on day shift was so nice to me from the start, did great at his job, made great food and gave great service but all around an amazing person and made that days experience amazing. As well as when I’m there im the evening I wish I could remember her name there is an adult lady who is also one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and love to see when shopping in the evening!

I do want to mention though, there are definitely some rude older ladies on the day shift who are very judgmental and profile/stereotype just off looks and will treat you very poorly for that if you are anything but the sweetest looking most straight edge looking person but I must say the good people here make up for that and am always glad to interact with them.“

A special shoutout to Ramandeep and the turbaned gentleman who often works with him. They are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, even during busy late-night shifts. Their positive attitude and great customer service are a big reason I keep coming back.

“My friends and I came here after class. The food is made fresh, warm and delicious! The man that works there is very kind and friendly, he even gave us all a sample of ice cream to try. It was cotton candy, so sweet and delicious! I’ll always remember how kind and generous the owner Ansh is! It’s my second time coming to this restaurant and both experiences have been amazing! I ordered small French fries and Dr Pepper, he made them perfectly crispy, fresh to order and the portion is a big size! There is a lot of options to choose from and the prices here are affordable! “My wife and I had dinner here before attending a show downtown. The restaurant was full of other like minded people, very busy. Our server was perfect, she recommended cocktails and answered our questions regarding food choices. By the way, my wife is gluten free and there were many options for her. She had the Chicken Souvalki which was perfectly cooked and tender, I had fish and chips that was really good. Our food was delivered in a timely manner and was piping hot. “My family and I ordered from Five Guys via Uber Eats for the first time, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. Being a family of six, we each got a sandwich and a side of fries. I’d heard from friends that they tend to throw extra fries in the bag, but wow, there were a lot! And they were delicious.

The burgers were excellent, wrapped in foil to keep them fresh and warm, and numbered to match our receipt, making it easy to find the right one. Plus, they were absolutely delicious. I can honestly say this is probably going to be my new favourite burger spot in London, Ontario.

That said, I’m not a huge fan of the price through Uber Eats, especially after delivery and tip. For six people, it came to about $175. I know that’s not entirely representative of Five Guys, but it’s still a lot to pay for delivery. I’ll probably try to keep this as a dine-in experience.

We even ordered the poutine, which is my wife’s favourite. She tried it for the first time and absolutely loved it. It definitely made our top three.“

“We go get our quesadillas and extreme fries every week. Indeed churros are yummy too, I love it with caramel sauce. The staff is so friendly. We usually get a takeout late night. But all the toppings are always fresh and all the staff keep the counter very clean. This is the only location here in london who makes your food like they are making it for their selves. “Well, I like a good hamburger last time we went for a burger we went to big chain. It was the absolute worst hamburger ever had so we went to Burger fries forever. “We went through the drive through and none of the icy drinks were available due to machine not working. However, the food we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the young woman at the window was very good at her job. She deserves a raise. Working when equipment is not functioning is not fun!

“The location is situated on the lower level of Masonville Mall, Entrance 2. It's quite an ordeal to go to to get your A&W meal. First, you have to find parking, then walk through a poorly maintained parking lot (it's winter and I must use a walker), there is only 1 accessibility button on the far left ♿ instead of on both sides of the wide door front at Entrance 2. Once customers get in, there is a small elevator 🛗 they can use to get to the food court on the lower level. Please note that this elevator is very slow.

The A&W restaurant itself is as one would expect in the food court of a mall.

The female staff member was very helpful by offering to put a "delivery" lid on my soft drink cup so it wouldn't spill while transporting my meal home. I appreciated that 4 ketchup packs were put in the bag without me having to ask for them.
The beyond meat burgers were hot (temperature) and very delicious. The amount of fries that comes with the meal combo was generous.“
