“Best burgers in London! Delicious burgers, definitely worth the price! Incredibly convenient, especially for someone living on campus. They always have great seating and are a perfect spot for late night munchies after a night out. The service is consistently great. Specially, Quinn has always gone out of her way to make sure my order is done perfectly and quick. I recommend getting the double burger, with no tomato, onion or pickles (but to each their own - You really cant mess up here!). I will definitely be back next year!“

“My family suggested Harvey's on a whim while I'm visiting from out of the country - was delighted to taste genuine poutine made fresh. Excellent service, friendly staff, a good atmosphere. Even the trainee cashier seemed happy to be at the location and to help us with any issues we had (they forgot my fork!)

The service was excellent - friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Harvey's is our go-to Burger place, better than the king or the clown by far!“

“We went to Jack Astor's Richmond St last night for a girls get together/Christmas dinner. The restaurant was decorated to the max for Christmas. It made our get together that much more fun. The staff was awesome and my meal (chicken fried chicken from the specials menu) was outstanding. We ended the night on the patio by a firepit and one of the staff generously came out to take our picture. It was just a perfect night. Thanks so much.“

“our food was cold by the time we got to our table and our burgers were half raw. so disappointing after waiting realistically 30 minutes - standing while we wait for them to prepare the food.. they also forgot one of our orders.. the staff was really helpful and friendly but the food was terrible. we didn't even bother to say anything. Just left while dumping most of our food in the garbage.“

“This has been one of my fav restaurants in London to eat at and I used to eat here once a week pre pandrmic. I don't know if its still the after effects or if there's new management or what but the last 3 times that we have come downtown to eat here, they've been closed. including today where my 9 year old son had planned our 'date night' for my Birthday. Plan was Jay Dee's for our all time FAV cheese sticks and my FAV TBurg followed up with a trip across the road to the Arcade. He even went online and tripled checked the hours to make sure it said open until 730 every day of the week. We arrived downtown around 630 and much to our disappointment AGAIN, the restaurant was CLOSED. So we had to change up our plans and eat across the road at the Arcade Bar. In my opinion you should somehow notify your customers on your website of early closures so they are aware prior to the trip downtown and paying for parking etc if applicable. The first 2 times this happened we had driven in from out of town to find out of the closures. So my rating is as follows, the food is AMAZING, the atmosphere was always welcoming and comfortable but the random hours are a serious issue. Such a shame to be honest. Not sure after 3 failed times in a row to be met with a closed restaurant that we will try again. I will always rav about the food though.“

“My wife and I had dinner here before attending a show downtown. The restaurant was full of other like minded people, very busy. Our server was perfect, she recommended cocktails and answered our questions regarding food choices. By the way, my wife is gluten free and there were many options for her. She had the Chicken Souvalki which was perfectly cooked and tender, I had fish and chips that was really good. Our food was delivered in a timely manner and was piping hot.
