Customer service is now an art in our fast paced digital world. I work in non profits and prior hospitality. This is your guy. My mom and I went through the drive thru late at night. Got some awesome big macs. Tbh, I was having such a terrible day and evening and very emotional. Aaron was awesome at the window. I actually went through a second time to eat my feelings once more, and he was non judgemental, lightened the mood, supplied extra care and empathy. I haven't seen him before but I hope he stays because honestly- he has the art of hospitality and the warmth of a genuine person.

Please give him some type of incentive, or atleast a shout out. He is important to your team.“
