We accidentally set our $50 pickup order to their London location (an hour away 😩). Tired, frustrated, and now food-broke, we called the London store and were told there was nothing they could do. But in dealing with the Brantford location, they ended up making our order fresh and said they would work it out with the other location themselves, even though it’s a separate owner and was going to be a major hassle for them to sort out. Not to mention the loss in goods. They could have told us “sorry, nothing we can do either, - sorry you’re dumb for making this mistake…” but instead, they made our problem their problem - and that is what amazing local business looks like. I can’t believe the generosity and amazing service. We are so incredibly grateful, and it just made us love this place even more. This was my first visit to Skyway Cafe and what a great way to spend the morning. My hubby surprised me with a motorcycle ride from Hamilton because he has been telling me for quite some time how much he enjoys this place.
There is just something special about sipping a coffee, enjoying breakfast, and watching the planes take off and land right outside.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I asked about the seniors breakfast because I don’t eat very much, even though I’m not a senior. They happily explained that they offer both the kids and seniors meals to anyone, which was perfect for me. She even mentioned that if there was something I wanted that wasn’t on the menu, they would do their best to make it.
The food was yummy , the service was excellent, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. We will definitely be back.“

“I went there last weekend for the Conor McGregor fight and the beer exploded all over me before I went I ate 3 G of magic mushrooms and I had the chicken wings and they were so good then this guy come out his name was Troy he offered me a few free drinks and I took them then I went to the washroom when I was in the washroom I felt the very uneasy thing I can hear the songs of The Rolling Stones and Mick Jagger in the background and Troyer was waiting outside the bathroom for me he said it was an employee there and he would look after me he followed me around all night and said he felt bad because the beer exploded all over me from the taps then he said he would walk me home and drive me home and then I got in the vehicle with him and he started to drive me home and then he gave me a drink he said it was Jesus Juice and I drank it and then everything went dark and then I woke up in the morning on my stomach with my pants around my ankles and my ass hurt but it was still a good experience there I wish I could find this try guy again but he rushed me out of there that night so if anyone knows that guy from that night please let me know I think he may be my soulmate“
