“Best omelette breakfast I've had in along time. Even beats my wife's own recipe. Meal complements are fantastic. And the coffee is to die for!“

“Samantha has exceptional customer service! Not sure if the name is correct, but this lady was kind towards all the customers, very proactive, absolutely humble.
I got the masala veggie burger which was mismatched with the plant based veggie burger. (Not a big deal, there was a big rush, but she handled it very smoothly)
She’s the perfect example, how customer expects to be treated. Thank you for keeping up the good work.
Cheers to the team as well, best team ever!!!“

“I have been a customer at this Dairy Queen location since it opened. Upon entry I always find the dining area well capped and clean. The staff are always a pleasure to speak with and very helpful. The cakes speak for themselves. The DQ cakes are the absolute best. Quality is obviously their top priority.
I totally recommend this location if you are looking for an ice cream cake.“

“I was there yesterday around noon and witnessed someone training staff. They way she explained things, made corrections, offered feedback, and positive reinforcement, was such a beautiful things to see. From what I saw customer service was a very important part of the training, something that it truly lacking in most establishments. I received wonderful, friendly, professional, service and was surprised and pleased at the gentle, firm, respectful, and thorough training. All the best to woman training and staff learning from her. This location is lucky to have staff that cares.“

“We had Ahmad as our server at Jack’s in Ancaster and had a great experience! He seemed pretty busy taking care of a party while the other booths were full, but he still made sure to be attentive to us and provided quick service throughout our visit. We really appreciated how well he handled everything despite being busy. Great service and would definitely come back!“
