“Had the pleasure of dining here yesterday to celebrate our anniversary. From the time of making the reservation(precautionary) to the time we left, we felt so welcomed. I class myself as a Hamburger snob having had the benefit of indulging in some of the best burgers around the globe including Gordon Ramsays Burger in Vegas, the burger from East would easily have given this a run for its money. Quality meat, seasoned to perfection. Caramelized on the outside yet moist on the inside packed with flavour. The mushrooms oozing flavour complimented the local bourbon blue cheese and caramelised onions to perfection. All of this good held between a perfectly toasted butter bun and the supporting act perfectly double cooked chips... On the bosses plate PEi mussels in a creamy prosecco sauce. The perfect amount of spice from the cracked black pepper to allow the mussels.to continue to be the main act on the plate. All that goodness of the sauce able to be laped up by the perfectly toasted garlic bread. The beer menu is also fantastic although I was only about to test one of the IPA's was brilliant! I left wanting to be come back again soon and certainly will. This was a breathe of fresh air in the local market that has so much potential though nothing comes close too Easy on Fourth that I have found in the last 5 months. They are heads and shoulders above. Thank you.“
