“Went there for lunch today with an old buddy. Unfortunately our server forgot to place our order and we had quite the delay; seeing other tables getting their meals who had ordered much after us. Finally another server came to ask "what did you order again?" The food finally arrived. I had the fish Tacos, which were excellent and my friend said his Seared Ahi Tuna Crunch was also excellent.Without us asking, the manager, Graham, came to apologize for the long delay and took care of the food items for us.The food was great, the server dropped the ball (it happens) and the manager pro-actively remedied the situation. “This place is the absolute BEST. My friends and I go to their trivia night on Wednesdays and we always have a blast. The food is tasty and the service is excellent. The staff are wonderful - they're always so sweet and really go above and beyond. The host of trivia, the awesome Professor Jeff, does a phenomenal job, and always has a great mix of questions, songs, and puzzles. I also love how in addition to trivia nights, the Pump puts on really fun and interactive things year-round. The effort they put in is greatly appreciated, and I highly recommend anyone to check this spot out! :)“
“Service was quite good. This location has been four restaurants that I know of so it's obviously a bit of a challenging location. I hope they do well. My daughter and I shared a very large salad which was good but the chicken was a bit dry and bland. I would order the salad again but I would not get it topped with the chicken. No issues with service and the atmosphere. Is that of a pub I would go back“
“The Queens Head Oakville is a nice pub in a closer to traditional English Pub style then most modern build ones are today. A traditional English Pub menu. Service is excellent, quality food, overall establishment is clean and we'll kept.A great place for lunch or dinner!Parking: Pay Parking available in a city run lot behind the pub. Metered Street parking is also available, depending on time of day/night.Wheelchair accessibility: The main restaurant is on ground level with no stairs to contend with or ramp required. I believe the bathrooms are on the second floor, yet there may be a wheelchair accessible bathroom on the main floor.“

“What a fantastic night we had at the Lion’s Den (private party space)! We recently had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands’ 50th birthday with family and friends. Servers Brody and Colleen were attentive and helpful, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The space is perfect, a comfortable size for small to mid-sized groups.
