“I went to Koochini Restaurant & Bar at a friend's invitation. We visited on Saturday, and it was a fantastic experience. The DJs were excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and everyone was having a great time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beer, whisky, appetizers, and hookah were all excellent.
Most of the guests seemed to be of Iranian background, which gave the place a unique and vibrant atmosphere. If you enjoy hookah, this is definitely a great place to try it. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fun night out.“

“the auld spot is my go to on the danforth. i love the servers and the owner and the chef rob. the food is good and the cocktail , wine list , and craft beers are exceptional. there are also daily specials and in the summer they have a patio. just an easy friendly neighborhood place. the place is always full which speaks for the quality of the food and place“

It's very easy to find English songs through Youtube on their system, and they will help you set it up. Pricing is reasonable as well, especially compared to other karaoke places in Markham.“

I quickly checked their online menu and decided to go there. Had some great food and awesome, friendly service from Melissa. “We have been coming here for 20 years. Either on the weekdays or the weekends, everything and everyone at The Rebel House is just pure perfection. The kitchen is tiny but they churn out the best comfort food. The drinks are always fresh and the staff is always so welcoming. You have to become a regular here!“

“We had a 80th birthday party at the pub this morning and, wow, it was fantastic! The venue is quite large and easily seated the 40+ attendees. The service was incredible, led by Parastoo. Jaime organized it, and Parastoo set everything up, and kept it running smooth and efficient. The vibe was fantastic. The food was great - they serve a nice breakfast and the coffee was delish. Would absolutely recommend this for an event. Everyone left full, and happy. An overall fantastic experience.“

One of my favourite things about this spot is that they have a variety of foods of different nationalities which is rare to see! I've been loving the new management as well and the changes they've made from the renovations to the changes in the menu. As a vegetarian and now vegan I appreciate having multiple options to choose from and my favourite at Wylie's is Green Mango Salad, Mango Tofu and their vegetarian pasta, olive oil based (to die for, i kid you not)!!! My friends' favourites include the Nachos Supreme, Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and Butter Chicken both of which they rave about constantly!! :)“

“We just had both our wedding and rehearsal dinner in July of 2026 and it turned out better than i could have hoped for! We used their courtyard for the ceremony ( and amazing family photos), the patio for cocktail hour and inside for the reception.
