The Firkin’s true strength is booze: large sizes, good prices, and a nice selection of beer, cider, and mixed drinks. The food is pub-themed and might need a bit of an upgrade (don’t get the birria), but it does its job. The music is mostly classic rock and it’s not too loud to have a conversation. The decor is a bit challenged—not a pub, not a sports bar, not a diner and yet parts of all three. The service was superb.

Lovely. I'm not in this neighborhood often, but lovely bartenders and service. Recommend! Also the food across the Firkin Pub brands is always on point.
