great food everything on the menu. Tasted this place about 30yrs ago and it still tastes as good
Visited from out of town last time I was around. Came back this time and even better! Great bartenders. Friendly customers. No pizza (drinks only).
This East End bar is a real neighborhood gem.
Lots of regulars, which says everything, friendly, welcoming, and zero pretension. The bartender is super attentive and proactive, always checking in before you even need anything.
Food surprised me: the wonton soup is amazing, rich broth, perfect comfort, and the peameal bacon sandwich is really good too. Drinks are affordable, and it’s only $1 for a game of pool.

While they no longer serve pizza, the place is well-kept with modern furniture. The staff provides speedy service, always ready with a smile. Enjoy a variety of bottled and canned beers, although some customers prefer colder bottles. With a pool table available, it's a great spot on Danforth for cold drinks and good vibes.
