“The Ridges is a welcoming, well appointed, local pub. The appointments/games contain: two dart boards, a Foosball table, a pool table, and upwards of twelve big screens showing various sports events. While I've only had a very savoury and thouroughly enjoyable small greek salad with sliced chicken breast, I can feel the care that the kitchen put into their craft. Everyone I've met there has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. The Ridges Pub is a great neighborhood gathering spot!“

“Our fourth visit to the Pub tonight and as always, it was a delight to be there. We have enjoyed being served by a different server every visit and each one was an efficient, professional and charming asset for the restaurant. Our server tonight has only been there for a week and a half and she fits in like a hand in a glove. The Manager, Raj, was his usual smiling self when he stopped at our table to say hello and ask if everything was satisfactory. Our response was " Of course it is, as always, Raj. " Our thanks to Raj and the staff for another excellent dining experience.“

Organizing a group of this size can be a challenge, but Sarah handled it with humour, professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. The food was outstanding—every dish was flavorful, and served in generous portions that left everyone more than satisfied. Whether it was appetizers, mains, or desserts, the quality and taste were consistently excellent across the board. What truly stood out was the service. Despite the size of our group, Sarah was attentive, friendly, and incredibly organized. Orders came out promptly and correctly, and they made sure everyone was comfortable and happy throughout the meal. To top it all off, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and the quality of both food and service. It’s rare to find a place that delivers so well on all fronts, especially for large gatherings. Highly recommended for both small dinners and big celebrations. We’ll definitely be back!“

“The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Inadequately trained servers, the "manager" definitely could use some serious customer service training AND training with the payment system as he struggled with processing our bill. The food was served cold. We order a Chicken BLT wrap just before our meal ended To-Go and after waiting over 50 minutes for our takeout, we were told the takeout was busy with takeout orders for customers?? excuse me?? what are we?? We had just ordered 2 bar drinks, an appetizer and 2 main entres, so I guess we are not a customer. Unbelievable!! And then the manager proceeded to be combative with us when we began to rightfully complain. No apologies, no discount, nada! No surprise this place has a low rating...THEY'VE EARNED IT! 👎“

“Michelle's is a great place to bring your friends, play some pool and have some great food. Food is available for takeout for anyone interested in picking up. It is always filled with patrons of all ages. Even has a semi-separate party room to host small events. Totally worth checking out!!“

“I've been here several times over the years and everything we've ordered has already tasted great! I also was particularly impressed with out server Hailey - she was incredibly attentive, helpful and kind and really went above and beyond!

I have food allergies that limit what I can eat and previously had an experience there, where the thing I was allergic to showed up on my plate. I think this was a one off as Ive never had anything like this happen other times Ive gone. And Hailey and the kitchen last night really took a lot of time and care to make sure what i was ordering was safe and she did it with so much patience. “Was in this evening with my wife trying to enjoy a date night. It would have been a lovely evening except for the unruly, screaming, annoying children at a booth on their own while all the parents sat at another table ignoring them. The manager did nothing to address this behaviour and actually seemed to just ignore it. Our wait staff was also annoyed by the children’s behaviour. No one wants to be in a pub listening to annoying children when the manager and parents choose to just ignore it. Do not bother attending here if you don’t want a chuck e cheese atmosphere.“
