The Dairy Queen in Ancaster is known for its exceptional service and delicious ice cream cakes. Customers praised the staff for their kindness and professionalism. One customer, celebrating a special occasion, loved the ice cream cake so much they didn't want it to end. Another customer, with a specific dietary need, raved about the Oreo ice cream cake and the cheesecake blizzard with extra chunks, as the staff went above and beyond to accommodate their request.
The restaurant offers a range of customizable cakes, and a customer who ordered a custom cake was impressed by how the slightly grainy-looking photo turned out perfectly on the cake. The staff also provided excellent service by informing the customer about a coupon they were about to miss. Additionally, the restaurant offers birthday perks, such as a free milkshake on the customer's birthday and the following two days, which the customer was able to conveniently order ahead of time.
The Dairy Queen is also praised for its wheelchair accessibility and great customer service, with one customer mentioning the welcoming and kind attitude of the staff, who accommodated their last-minute visit before closing time.
