We visited on May 9th and the service was amazing. We got to chat with the owner as well and he was just as nice and chatty. The food, OMFG best burger ever!!! see you next time
Daniel was absolutely wonderful! ❤ From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely made my family feel taken care of. You can tell when someone truly cares about the experience they're giving their guests, and Daniel went above and beyond.

ate at this place for the first time after living here for more than 2 years! it was genuinely soo good and soo filling. can't remember what i had but it was BBQ ribs, fries, coleslaw, wings and baked beans!! God bless them sm

The WORKS Burgers & BBQ offers amazing service and great food with big portions. The smash burger is super fresh and flavorful, and the lunch deal is a hit. The best burger ever is served here, with spot-on recommendations from the staff. Servers like Serena and Austin are awesome, keeping up with banter and making guests feel welcomed and special. The host found a walk-in table on Valentine’s Day. The chef/owner is chatty and provides a personal experience. The young girl made delicious milkshakes. The whole team contributes to a delicious and enjoyable dinner. However, the atmosphere is a 3 star because the location is dingy and cold inside, lacking a warm feeling. It would be nice if the Works could move out of that location in Brantford.
