“Wow this place makes a delicious smash burger. I order the double combo and loved every bite. My only complaint is that they no longer serve fresh cut fries but I understand that these are labour intensive and consistency in quality is difficult. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, not bad for a frozen french fry.“

“Never knew this place existed--found it on the web. I had the Yummy Burger, Fries, and Onion Rings. The Yummy Burger is absolutely the best burger in town. I love the flavours of all the toppings. The fries and onion rings are also very good. Can't wait to try some of their other food items as well.“

This location had some stuff that needs maintenance. Bathroom was down and other little things that were behind.

Lady was working hard with no help over lunch our.

I think she was the only person working there. She took my order, cooked it and did the toppings.

“The Works was quite the treat during our short visit in Waterloo. The burger options were creative and diverse, with multiple patti, sides and bun options.
Personally, I rate the burger I had among the 5 best I've ever had anywhere. And our server Monika was very helpful in us deciding which burgers to try. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular here.“

“$7 for one teen burger(yeah right). got for $3.50. lots of terrorists in that parking lot. those in vehicles didn't know what a turning signals was. caught at least six idiots driving without a drivers license. floor was sticky. especially watch out for the idiots going into the drive through. no turning signals again.“

I got to my destination, I got an email tra pkg of pickles for my burger? Zero napkin at all. Frustrating as I had none in my car. Nice staff, but ask if comprehension is unclear!“
