“This place was honestly so great! Top 2 burgers we’ve ever had.
First, the staff was so helpful and courteous to ensure we each got the right burger.
The smash quality on these burgers are truly elite! My husband is going to be talking about his crispy edges for a long time.
We don’t understand how this place isn’t lined up around the block. It’s 10/10 for sure!!!
Saw some previous reviewers have feedback around the patties being thin and crispy…these are smash burgers and made to perfection!!!
Add the chopped chillies! They took it to another level!

“Never knew this place existed--found it on the web. I had the Yummy Burger, Fries, and Onion Rings. The Yummy Burger is absolutely the best burger in town. I love the flavours of all the toppings. The fries and onion rings are also very good. Can't wait to try some of their other food items as well.“
“First time ordering from Chef on Call tonight, it was absolutely ddelicious! I ordered the gambino, I added bacon, spinach and goat cheese! It was perfect! Will have the rest for lunch tomorrow the portion was huge!! My fiancé ate his before I could snap a picture but he loved his also!! he ordered the Chicago wrap and the Mac and cheese! Definitely will be back!“

“We arrived 10 minutes before the closing time Sunday Nov 3, ‘24 and we were never pushed or felt we were disturbing, very very nice person which I forgot the name, it was so appreciated! Thank you!
Our burgers were excellent, but we are not used to eat a burger with a cold bun and due to how late we were we did not want to ask to have them warmed up.
My meal was entirely gluten free and they were careful.

“Food, service and extras are very good, plus, offers hot sauce and actual salt and pepper shakers. A good old glass mugging for root beer is excellent. What I love on my burger is sweet green relish BUT they don’t provide it … boooo!

“Besides the wait time (which should be expected when there are only four people doing the job of atleast five) it is a great establishment, the employees work efficiently when trained. Despite the occasional lack of communication between the staff and customer in relation to orders and order numbers food is brought out in about 5 minutes. Overall regular fast food resturant.“

“I have only had take out .. nice Vegan options and the poutine gravy was so good , the Guac n Roll was a very fresh and unique option but I’m looking forward to a great dine in experience soon as I prefer a dining in.“

“This is by far the Best Pits place I have ever been.
Extremely fresh. $1-2 dollars cheaper than other pits places, and much bigger than anywhere else.
I go here every time I am in Waterloo.
Parking: I have never had trouble getting a parking spot here.“
