“Always luv getting dq cakes in the summer as my family has summer birthdays. This location however very low selection compared to others by me, I only went to the Laurelwood location in Waterloo for a groupon deal I got, however I didn’t quite understand the deal in groupon so it wasn’t really a deal to me, so I wouldn’t purchase again from here anyway. Cake was still good and well decorated. Service was ok. I’m well aware how groupon works and I’ve bought many deals and this was the only deal that wasn’t worth the deal. The groupon ad doesn’t make sense how is it $20 towards a cake when I paid $14 for the deal and had to pay ex $16 at checkout ?“

“Was so excited to make it to Waterloo to try Tsujiri. Service was exceptional. Loved the Yuzu Citron Parfait. Also had the Dango and 3 mini cakes 😋. Looking forward to going back to try some lattes and noodles and pretty much everything on the menu. The mini cakes made a great birthday gift and came in a stunningly elegant black sculptural box😍. HIGHLY RECOMMEND“

“This place is an absolute 10/10!!!! The moment we walked in everything was aesthetically pleasing. The customer service; which was 1 guy running the show; was top tier. He was very attentive, answered all of our questions, and presented us with the most amazing desserts we've tried so far. I promise it was food you could eat with your eyes just off of presentation alone. Our day trip to Windsor concluded at this dessert spot and I will definitely be back. “Visited Snowday Bingsu recently and had the chance to try their Tiramisu Bingsu and Oreo Bingsu. Overall, I had a really nice experience and enjoyed both desserts a lot. The flavors were well balanced, the toppings were generous, and you can tell care was taken with the presentation. Both options tasted fresh, rich, and were definitely satisfying for anyone who enjoys Korean-style desserts.

I especially liked how flavorful both the tiramisu and Oreo combinations were — not overly sweet, but still indulgent and enjoyable. The portion size was also good, making it perfect to share or even enjoy on your own if you love desserts.

The only small thing I personally noticed was with the shaved ice base. Usually with bingsu, I expect the ice flakes to have more of that creamy, milky texture and flavor, but this one felt a little lighter and more plain than expected. It didn’t take away too much from the overall dessert, but I think improving that part would make the experience even better.

Other than that, everything else was excellent. Great dessert spot, nice quality ingredients, and definitely a place I would visit again to try more items on the menu. Would recommend to anyone craving a good bingsu experience!“
