“We had a hockey tournament in fergus today and we all decided to go to DQ for some ice cream , Jordan was the one helping all of us and I have to same I am very impressed with her customer service, she was able to make everyone one of us happy, she took everyone’s orders, handed out everyone’s ice cream, food etc and all made sure we were happy and satisfied even when sitting at our tables! 10/10 recommend and we will be returning because of her!
