I generally appreciate A&W. This store and this day was not its high-water mark.
The coffee is always good but the breakfast sandwiches and the service was disappointing. Maybe it was a bad morning.
One concern is that the person behind the till, switched over to food handling without washing their hands.

Food was good. There was no music being played over the speakers. There were 2 orders on the board. They were mixed up and given to the wrong customers. It wasn't busy in the store either.
This location really has it down. Nothing but overly amazing service always. Goes above and beyond to make customers happy.

A&W Canada offers tasty and quality food, though the prices are considered high compared to other fast-food places. The restaurant is known for being clean and for its friendly staff, who work hard to make sure customers are satisfied. Many customers praise the excellent service from staff members, such as Kulwinder S, who was very polite, engaged, and attentive during a drive-thru visit. The place is always spotless, and the food is consistently hot and well-prepared, with some saying the burgers are superb and better than Wendy’s and McDonald’s. Customers also enjoy the classic menu items, including the famous root beer and the A&W All-American Burger, which are loved for their taste and nostalgia. While cleanliness issues and noise from staff cleaning have been noted sometimes, these rare setbacks do not seem to affect overall enjoyment. The atmosphere can vary, but the friendly service and quality food keep many returning to this location. Overall, this A&W location is praised for its excellent customer service, especially by those who have been loyal since the days of roller skates, and is viewed as a good example for other locations to follow.
