“Went here the first time on a recommendation from a friend. We had been meeting other places before but I did not like the atmosphere at the last place we went. Came to Asmara and it was lovely. The atmosphere feels clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, really great vibes! In my opinion this is the nicest coffee place in London if you want to meet a friend to "catch up".“

“These are by far the best donuts in London. Just brought a pack up North to family and they were the best they'd had too. We had the lemon meringue and the passionfruit raspberry. Perfectly fluffy, tangy, sweet and mouth-watering.“

“Milk tea is one of my comfort drinks, and my experience at Gong Cha was really great. I ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea and strawberry crème brûlée, and both were delicious. I love how you can customize your drink to your preference. Even though there was only one person on duty during my visit, the bobarista was so nice and approachable, very accommodating, and took the time to suggest drinks that suited my taste. The service was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Gong Cha London.“

“I had custom order donuts here for my daughter’s 7th birthday, Linda and Lori went above and beyond anything I could imagine. I originally asked for the vanilla dipped donut and if possible to have pink icing.
When I went to pick them they had hot pink icing with bunny sprinkles. Some were fully covered in sprinkles and others where only half dipped in sprinkles.
The ladies here are always a pleasure to deal with and if you’re ever in need of a donut cake I would 100% recommend them.“

“One of the few remaining Starbucks locations that didn't sell the tables and chairs to prevent people from socializing in London. Fantastic staff that greet and remember who you are before you respond. The drink mixes are consistent and thus keep me returning. This is one of my top favorite Starbucks locations out of 30+ that I frequent.“

“I went into Nespresso just to look for a specific machine and ended up having a great experience. I found out that students get discounts, which was a nice surprise.
The staff member who helped me, Pritesh, was extremely helpful. He helped me find the right machine, the exact color I was looking for, and even let me try different capsules.
Overall, it was a great experience and excellent customer service. The only downside is that the store is small and sometimes there is huge lines“

“I come to this location a lot with my friends and family, and had never once been disappointed! The hot chocolate is absolutely delectable and I love the honey cruller doughnut! It's not usually busy and The service is very good. I love the little seating area and it's kept clean most of the time.“

“I go here every day for my nitro cold brew today I went back in because the coffee tasted off and they literally changed the keg 3 times I felt bad and told them it's not that big of an issue but they insisted and made sure I got a proper tasting coffee service 10/10 the team at the location is made up of an all-star line up.
