“Went here the first time on a recommendation from a friend. We had been meeting other places before but I did not like the atmosphere at the last place we went. Came to Asmara and it was lovely. The atmosphere feels clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, really great vibes! In my opinion this is the nicest coffee place in London if you want to meet a friend to "catch up".“

“These are by far the best donuts in London. Just brought a pack up North to family and they were the best they'd had too. We had the lemon meringue and the passionfruit raspberry. Perfectly fluffy, tangy, sweet and mouth-watering.“

“Happiness is a lovely little cafe with a small but delicious menu. There are pasta and rice dishes (two pasta choices are vegetarian!), some sandwiches, and sweets. The pan de sal is incredible. The lattes, both hot and iced, are great and even the regular sizes are huge. I also loved the triple chocolate cake in a cup.“

“Always incredibly pleased with the service and quality of food and drinks here.

The baristas are kind, patient, and are very knowledgeable! You are greeted immediately when you arrive, and you can they do their best to remember their customers as well.

I am a bit picky with my espresso drinks, but I have never been let down coming here. The staff are quick, but deliver quality products. I’m also loving their new menu items lately! The new management and staff are truly hitting the mark for me here!

I have attached photos of a few things I’ve gotten recently, which are their strawberry matcha (I asked for a strawberry cold foam), their brand new tiramisu iced latte, a vanilla matcha, hot vanilla latte, and their coconut caramel latte with whipped cream. Each of these have very unique flavours but are consistently great!

Their new bakery items are awesome as well! I’m not sure if it’s their baristas or if they have a baker now but WOW! Absolutely incredible work lately to whoever is making the cakes, scones and the rest of their new additions.

“I had custom order donuts here for my daughter’s 7th birthday, Linda and Lori went above and beyond anything I could imagine. I originally asked for the vanilla dipped donut and if possible to have pink icing.
When I went to pick them they had hot pink icing with bunny sprinkles. Some were fully covered in sprinkles and others where only half dipped in sprinkles.
The ladies here are always a pleasure to deal with and if you’re ever in need of a donut cake I would 100% recommend them.“

“Lovely folks! We used the drive thru this morning with three very different breakfast orders. The server on the intercom was polite and very positive without sounding fake. Clearly the team works well because we received food and drinks in less than 5 minutes. We ordered in the drive thru which makes this all the more remarkable. Everything was well packaged and we received extra napkins with a smile. Loved this experience. Over the top.“

“I would say this is the best milk tea in oxford with a variety of drinks. Will definite go there again. The staffs are friendly and the atmosphere is chilling. I used to be there for more than 4 hours. Sometime they even play my favourite Westlife song. I heard there is one tall and friendly, handsome staff who is leaving. That's quite sad..“

“I’ve always had great customer service when visiting the store at Masonville, however today was next level! Shiva, Emily, and Kyle provided fantastic customer service! A colleague of mine and I visit here quite frequently and today was by far the best visit yet. Shiva not only helped us select a new espresso to try, he also fired up the brand new Aeroccino milk frother for us to pair with our coffee. I have the older version of the frother, however, learned that I’m definitely going to be investing in the new one soon! “I visit this store almost every day, but I have never been treated properly before. This time, there was a new girl working at the drive-thru. I don't know her name, but she was wearing bangles. She treated me very kindly and professionally. When she went to get my food, she let me know instead of leaving me waiting at the window without saying anything. “This is hands down the best Tim Hortons in London! I come here every day for a dark roast before work, it's always made correctly and it's always fresh. Hav, Shawn, and all the rest of the staff are extremely friendly, always happy to see me, and even remember my order. It's such a great experience every time and I really enjoy stopping in every morning. I go out of my way to come to this Tim's because of the staff!“

“It's the inconsistent dark roast coffee that irritates me. When it's good it's good. Not sure with all the automated coffee machines why they are not all good all time. DR are either too thin or burnt.

“My daughter and her friend ordered drinks through the app to this location accidentally, and when they showed up at the location they thought it was, they had no record of the order. The team there was rude about it and made them pay again to get their drinks, had no solutions to offer except paying twice. When I called this location to cancel the making of their drinks, they said that if we drove over they'd happily refund the money AND apologized for our bad experience. They followed up with the unhelpful location and really made our day. They called it an honest mistake and wanted to make sure the girls had a pleasant experience. Above and beyond - very pleased.“

“I've been coming here for the past year quite often and everytime it is a great experience. I always get a smoked salmon bagel and its delicious and refreshing and the atmosphere is quiet and cozy which I really like. The tables and floors are always clean and I like supporting local Canadian businesses. The AC is also very appreciated. I will say that service can be a bit slow if theres 2 or 3 people in line and that the mens bathroom while clean is kinda ugly with the rusty lockers and the hole in the wall. Overall, I enjoy eating here and would recommend their smoked salmon bagels especially.“
