Night staff review:

Absolutely amazing customer service and efficient timing. I have been going to Tim Hortons in the middle of the night this week ; the woman working nights is nothing but delightful and she always puts a smile on my face even if it’s 3:30/4 am. She has a great positive attitude and definitely seems like the perfect fit for a Tim’s employee.

Be prepared for a long wait. The drive-thru operates one order at a time with only one car at the window, which causes delays. It took about 20 minutes, partly due to extended conversations happening while others were waiting in line.“

“Surprisingly for a McDonald's this is a real good location at first I was a little bit hesitant because I arrived at 11:00 a.m. and there was a school nearby and there was over 35 students in this place did my order on the self-checkout and in 4 minutes unbelievable the food arrived good job really fast Service Fresh Food thank you about time there is one McDonald's around that does something right“

“First time stopping at this Timmies. Located inside a rather busy roadside OnRoute travel plaza, easy jump to and from the 401. Handful of people waiting on food, i got my bran muffin and coffee fairly quick. Good service overall. Muffin was soft as can be, and coffee was phenomenal. Tasty late breakfast.“

This location actually seems to hire local Canadians not “international students “

Because of this the establishment stays clean and food and beverages are made how they should be. Always go out of my way to support this location!“

“I tell ya, not sure what's going on but the more and more I go to places like Tim's, the employees just don't seem like they want to be working, there or most places that offer this type of employment... I've got no issues with where anyone has to work, believe me, I just don't get why work at a place that u don't want to be at? It shows up in the interactions with everyone... and when that's the primary responsibility of the job, I start to question if I want to walk into a place like that“
