Like any Hortons these days, you just never know what you are going to get!
I usually use the drive thru due to mobility issues. The staff is always friendly. I have only had a couple of items that were made wrong, the fixed it quickly and apologized. When I have occasionally gone in, it is always clean. I do tend to stick to going to this location (devinshire st. Woodstock on).
Great place. Good service.

Tim Hortons is known for its speedy, accurate, and high-quality service. The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps, parking, bathrooms, and tables. The staff has always been very polite and the morning staff at the counter are fantastic, super friendly, and quick to fill orders. However, there have been recent issues with the drive-thru, where customers who order ahead of time through the app have to wait, but usually it moves pretty quickly. Overall, Tim Hortons strives to provide great food and service to its customers, with consistently great service, food, and atmosphere.
