“I have never been here before. The atmosphere was awesome, and it wasn't too loud even though it was very busy. Customer service was excellent. Bought some goodies, and they were very tasty. Seating was comfortable, will defenetly come again.“
“I always come to this location. All the staff are really polite and nice, and I had a mixup happen with one of my drinks, and Erica went above and beyond to fix it. It's the thought that counts. “An amazing coffee shop right near city hall. Inside is stylized very nicely that makes me think of those coffee shops from the movies. Inside the barista was very friendly and informative. I got a verdana Blue Ice tea which is very delicious has a beautiful blue hue mixed with lemonade for sweetness to create a vibrant violet. I also got the blueberry peach cobbler muffin which was delightful. They also showcase local products such as Habitual chocolates which I got to share with family later. A wonderful experience.“
“I am at this location and doing some work stuff. I had a mobile order to Starbucks Dundas St. instead this location by mistake. While I was waiting for my order, I asked the one of the employee (Kaydance) if she could help with me order, and then we noticed that the order was made to other location. Without even saying any single word, she had offered me to prepare for me a sandwich and the coffee even, she has gone above and beyond, made a service to table where I sit. I do not know even know how to explain this feeling, she has just made my day, Kaydance is absolutely a GORGEOUS person!“
“Had a really good experience this morning.Stopped in ~1:30am to grab a couple beverages for the drive home, and I had a nice chat with the lovely young lady behind the counter (Natasha, I think?) She was extremely pleasant and nice to talk to. She did a good job upselling me on the personal pizzas, too. (I bought 2. They were pretty good!) She also agreed with me that corporate needs to bring back the cherry crullers.So management - if you are reading this, two things:1. Cherry crullers. Please bring them back.2. Natasha is a rock star, and should be promoted.Will likely be back again next time I am in town.“
“This place is great for getting anything and everything coffee! From pods to fresh ground beans, syrups and toppings it's all there. The service is awesome and the variety complete. Don't go by the website. So much more in store than on the website!“
