“I went to this tim hortons for the first time around the morning, and I must say it was very clean and all of the staff members went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

I wanted a few modifications as I cannot have egg, this kind lady helped me out and took me through the options, I've never had that before. She took her time and didn't rush me.

I was very pleased on how fast i got my breakfast and how everyone there made it a great place for me to enjoy.

“I went in this morning to grab a treat for my colleagues and the team member that took my order and got my food ready was fantastic! I believe his name was Jesse. He greeted me and got my 2 50 pack of timbits ready quickly as well as my personal breakfast order. I was impressed with how quickly he got my order together considering that I asked for 100+ timbits first thing in the morning :)“

“I had such a lovely experience at this Starbucks tonight. I walked in just wanting something really low in sugar (or even sugar free) and the two young ladies working were absolute gems. (July 16 at 7 pm)

They didn’t rush me, they asked thoughtful questions and genuinely cared about helping me find something I’d enjoy. It might seem small, but when you’re being mindful of sugar intake and still want a treat, it means a lot to have a business support that.

They made me a delicious low sugar vanilla frap and we left feeling so happy. These two ladies were some of the kindest and most thoughtful staff I’ve come across at this location and I’ve been here many times. You don’t always get this level of warmth or care, but tonight was different. These ladies really left an impression on me so I'd just like to say thank you again!
