I purchased a vanilla shot each time I order a large decaffeinated tea. In all of the Tim Hortons the staff know that for a large drink one shot equals 4 pumps. Yet the New Hamburg location only gives one pump. Please please train your staff that regardless of what type of drink and if the size is large that one shot equals 4 pumps. I tried to explain to the lovely lady that it is 4 pumps and she said tea doesn't normally have vanilla in so it's just one pump.2nd commentYesterday...read full review
Good service; there was an error with my order but the staff fixed it perfectly. I will say that this is a busy location and could do with some upgrades to make the ordering process faster. There could also be more staff, they work fast but there is a lot of buisness

Was so looking forward to the dutchies and got 2 when they came out jan 10. I was a title disappointed with them. The baker is putting too much glaze on them too thick.I know this cause I was a baker fir Tim's, the ones I put out were great no complaints with the glaze.
