“I’m writing this regarding the Tim’s location in Ayr, Ontario on behalf of Ayr Community Theatre - a local not for profit theatre organization. As a non-profit, we rely heavily on the generosity of community partners and this Tim Hortons location has been an incredible supporter since we were founded nearly five years ago.

Lidija the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with, and their kindness and consistency have meant so much to us. They have generously provided food and coffee for our actors and crew, which has made a real difference behind the scenes.

Their support helps us continue to create quality theatre for our community while also taking care of the people who make it happen. That kind of community-minded generosity doesn’t go unnoticed.

Thank you for everything you do—we are truly grateful.

“I had a great experience at this location. I ordered a custom small vanilla latte, and by the time I reached the drive-thru window and explained exactly how I wanted it prepared, the staff had already made my original order. Rather than letting it go to waste, they kindly offered me both the drink they had prepared and the customized one I requested.

The team was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. Their willingness to go the extra mile made a strong impression and demonstrated how much they value their customers. Highly recommended.“

“The staff here are all wonderful and kind! They make me feel welcome every morning, and it's nice to start the day like that.

There are a lot of reviews about inconsistent drinks or wait times, I have had inconsistent drinks before, and yes, sometimes I have had to wait for my drink but that is the nature of Starbucks. They are not handing over drip coffee then pressing cream and sugar on a machine twice... And they are making a ton of these drinks that all have different recipes, all while hustling.“

“Great little cafe in Cambridge… came here with my son’s baseball team. It was great. The portions were a bit small, but the food was tasty. Would recommend it!

The fact they got all the food out in relatively short order for a chaotic team lunch was impressive.

“This Starbucks as a whole is my absolute favourite in the region. Always clean, quite speedy, efficient, and friendly.

As for individual staff members Chelsea and a wonderful gentleman whose name begins with a J (sadly it escapes me) are absolutely delightful. I had a concern on Tuesday and brought it to them and not only did they rectify it immediately, but also assured me that I wasn’t a nuisance.

When I decide to treat myself to Starbucks, this is the location I always choose to visit.“

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“Awesome service from Jagan and Kayla at this location. I’m still trying to figure out how to earn reward stars to make the most from app offers, and they were very kind and patient. I had an issue with a gifted gift card and they helped me with that too. Chai tea lattes are my favourite and they made an excellent one.“

“This is the best Boba tea place of all time. Hands down most flavorful and will make your mouth start watering. The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. Once I finished my first one, I had no choice but to go for round 2.“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“I was very pleased with my bagel this morning. It was toasted and buttered to perfection.
I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

“I would like to say how happy I am with the service at your store. The baker Karen, is the most sweetest, caring person. She is always very friendly and happy with me. She knows how to make someone feel special. I had even told her about it being someone’s birthday, when I ordered 2 dozen donuts and she wrote on the box - - - happy birthday to that person. Then when it was my son’s birthday, she made him feel special and said happy birthday to him and made him a special donut for his 30th birthday. I would just like to say that, you are very lucky to have such a friendly, happy, hard working person like Karen working there. “The staff is friendly and fast. Their food is usually pretty good and fresh. I did notice every other breakfast sandwich I order has egg shells in it.😕 🤢 maybe if you crack the eggs into a bowl to ensure there’s no egg shells before you cook it will help.“
