“What a lovely cafe right beside indigo and right opposite CF Fairview mall. It was packed when we went there but we were able to try last chocolate zucchini loaf and it was one of the most rich, chocolatey and moist loaf we ever had and it was 10/10. Did have normal cafe latte and it was really good coffee.“

I ordered a custom small vanilla latte, and by the time I reached the drive-thru window and explained exactly how I wanted it prepared, the staff had already made my original order. Rather than letting it go to waste, they kindly offered me both the drink they had prepared and the customized one I requested.

“The staff here are all wonderful and kind! They make me feel welcome every morning, and it's nice to start the day like that.

There are a lot of reviews about inconsistent drinks or wait times, I have had inconsistent drinks before, and yes, sometimes I have had to wait for my drink but that is the nature of Starbucks. They are not handing over drip coffee then pressing cream and sugar on a machine twice... And they are making a ton of these drinks that all have different recipes, all while hustling.“

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

I've been coming in a few times a week for the last month and a half and spending a few hours here each time as I workon my first book, and each and every time I am treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The staff are all so friendly, always have a smile on, and are so much fun to talk to (cheers to the peeps I have talked about Twilight and Stickers with, as well as those who ask me how my book is going. I also hardcore appreciate that they always give me extra hot water for my tea and that they know me well enough now to know what I typically order. The vibes here are just so pleasant, it's not too loud, theres lots of comfy seating, and the bathrooms are always immaculately clean. I am just very thankful for all of you and the continued kindness; coming here is the highlight of my week!“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

“I would like to say how happy I am with the service at your store. The baker Karen, is the most sweetest, caring person. She is always very friendly and happy with me. She knows how to make someone feel special. I had even told her about it being someone’s birthday, when I ordered 2 dozen donuts and she wrote on the box - - - happy birthday to that person. Then when it was my son’s birthday, she made him feel special and said happy birthday to him and made him a special donut for his 30th birthday. I would just like to say that, you are very lucky to have such a friendly, happy, hard working person like Karen working there.
