“I’m writing this regarding the Tim’s location in Ayr, Ontario on behalf of Ayr Community Theatre - a local not for profit theatre organization. As a non-profit, we rely heavily on the generosity of community partners and this Tim Hortons location has been an incredible supporter since we were founded nearly five years ago.

Lidija the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with, and their kindness and consistency have meant so much to us. They have generously provided food and coffee for our actors and crew, which has made a real difference behind the scenes.

Their support helps us continue to create quality theatre for our community while also taking care of the people who make it happen. That kind of community-minded generosity doesn’t go unnoticed.

Thank you for everything you do—we are truly grateful.

“Im from Kitchener and I come to Cambridge for work. When i was on break me and my team stop by a tim’s and I gotta say for some reason this location’s work make one of the best ice coffee like its really addicting. Not like in Kitchener never get the perfect one. But the only down side about tim hontons ice coffee’s is that the lends are not good cuz when trying to drink it would spill. Hopefully They change the cups and make better. But another then that this was the best place tim’s i have been to 💯“

“Love this cafe! The staff are always friendly, service is quick, and the sugar-free caramel latte and strawberry matcha are both delicious. The food is also consistently good, and the cafe has a clean, welcoming atmosphere. It can be a little cold inside and prices are slightly high, especially with the extra charge for milk alternatives, but overall I really enjoy coming here and would definitely recommend it!“

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“This is the best Boba tea place of all time. Hands down most flavorful and will make your mouth start watering. The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. Once I finished my first one, I had no choice but to go for round 2.“

“Riza was Amazing! She created me as I requested with My very picky palette. I wasn't sure what I felt like other than a strong espresso and something not sweet. When I expressed that to Riza she knew exactly what to create. She also guaranteed me if she did not like it that she creates something different she did not have to. It was a 10 plus plus. Probably one of the best macchiatas I've ever ever had the liberty of trying and tasty and she created it all on her own, she deserves it 10 plus star for creativity with a smile. Great service with a smile. Lifting my spirits after a hard day and making me one of the best drinks I've ever had, the Liberty of drinking and any of my Starbucks with my drink. I look forward to seeing you the next time and hopefully you have something different for me. I'd love to see what you come up with next! Riza, Love is creating things when it comes to drinks at Starbucks and also knows everything there is to know. At least I think so when it comes to people's pallets. “I’ve been to many Tim Hortons locations, but this one truly stands out as one of the best in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is always calm, and the team consistently treats customers with kindness, respect, and genuine smiles—it really makes a difference in starting the day right.

“The Starbucks at Sportsworld in Kitchener is my favorite spot in the city for a coffee break that actually feels like a break. 5 stars, no question.

*Location + Vibe*
Right in the Sportsworld plaza with easy parking and right off the highway, so it’s super convenient whether you’re running errands, coming from the gym, or heading out of town. The store is bright, spacious, and way less cramped than the mall locations. Lots of seating with big windows, so it feels open. They’ve got the usual mix of comfy chairs, tables for 2, and a couple bigger spots if you’re meeting friends. It’s clean, modern, and always smells like fresh coffee the second you walk in.

*Service*
The baristas here are the real reason I keep coming back. Fast during rush hour, friendly even when it’s busy, and they actually care about getting your order right. Mobile order pickup is seamless. I’ve had them remake a drink once because I asked for it less sweet, and they did it with a smile. They also do well with custom orders – oat milk, extra shot, light ice, whatever you need.

*Drinks + Food*
Everything you expect from Starbucks, done well. Iced coffee, lattes, cold brews are all consistent. The seasonal drinks hit here too. Food case is always stocked – breakfast sandwiches in the morning, protein boxes and pastries in the afternoon. Portions are standard but the quality is good.

*Why this one stands out*
1. *Parking*: So much easier than downtown or Conestoga Mall. In and out in 10 minutes.
2. *Space*: You can actually sit and work or read without feeling rushed. WiFi is solid and there are outlets.
3. *Traffic flow*: Because it’s in Sportsworld, it gets busy but never feels chaotic.

If you’re in Kitchener and want reliable coffee with great service and zero hassle, this Starbucks delivers. Great for a quick grab-and-go or to sit for an hour. I stop here at least 2-3 times a week and it’s always a good experience.“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“
